I took a picture of this man on the J train going over the Williamsburg bridge Tuesday night. I was sitting across from him when I noticed him masturbating. At the same time another woman had noticed what he was doing and we both got up from our seats and moved down the train car. I sat nearby and took out my phone to snap a picture. You can see him noticing what I was doing, which freaked him out. He jumped up and ran down the car to get off at Essex St. I apologize if the pic is too graphic but I'm glad I caught him red-handed!
